Blue Pencil
Blue Pencil (Синий Карандаш) is a Russian conceptual street art artist from Nizhny Novgorod, currently based in Yerevan.
He interprets and comments on urban landscapes through linguistic interventions, drawings, and words in blue.
The Blue Pencil's font is easily recognizable - rectangular, vertically elongated letters in blue. The inscriptions can also be found in Berlin, Prague, Antwerp, and other cities.
His signature motif is a distinctive blue flower with twelve petals.
