Rybautka
Rybautka is a street artist known for a distinctive minimalist fish-with-legs character that has appeared on walls around the world, in cities such as Tbilisi, Berlin, Prague, Madrid, and Paris.
The name combines the Slavic words for fish (ryba) and duck (utka).
From the Slavic "рыбаутка" (fish-duck) is a symbol of evolution, peace and joy.
It's believed that rybautka is the first creature that stepped on the land and it has been a topic of discussion in scientific community over the last decade. Futhermore the amount of theories surrounding this creature is increasing chaotically day by day.
Long story short I decided to show you the ducking truth.
RybautkaIn Tbilisi, Rypautka appeared both as small murals and as stickers between February 2022 and July 2024.
