V45
V45 (Vasil or Vaska Shuradze) is a Georgian architect, curator, and street artist based in Tbilisi.
He is the co-founded and driving force behind the Georgian Street Art Federation.
Together with artist Luka Japaridze, he has created several large-scale murals in Tbilisi. One of his signature styles is "Veda Pop Art", where motifs are layered in bright neon colors with slight offsets to create a three-dimensional or motion effect.
