White Rashi

In Georgian mythology, the White Rashi (a fiery winged horse) is a hero’s loyal, supernatural helper, resembling the Greek Pegasus. It embodies all four elements (earth, air, fire, and water) and helps the hero overcome space instantly and travel through different worlds (skneli). They can emerge from the sea or grow out of the earth. Rashi possess prophetic gifts, extraordinary insight, and loyalty. A hero on its back is invincible.
